Why a new website?
It didn’t take long for us to realize we needed a new PrintKeg website. Our first website was very basic and really meant to test our cheap printing idea before allocating too many resources. Here are some of the new features that the new website offers.
1. Multiple orders - This was way overdue so we turned the order process into a cart.
2. Smarter shipping - We now query UPS directly for shipping information and shipping costs for multiple orders are combined. Not to mention, we do not charge extra packing fees if your prints can all fit into one box!
3. More quantities - We specialize in low quantities so we added a few more to ensure clients can save as much money as possible.
4. New sizes - PrintKeg now offers new sizes such as 11 X 14, 18 X 24 and 24 X 36. More sizes are coming!
5. Better pricing - Our prints are cheaper than anyone no matter what quantity you choose.
6. PrintKeg Client Control Panel - Clients can now view past orders, see the status of their current order, easily make reorders, and most importantly, past customers save time on future orders by logging in.
7. Saturday shipping option - You can now choose Saturday for delivery (if available in your area) with any overnight order made on Fridays.
8. Drop shipping (mask shipping) - Designers, print companies, and any other business can take advantage of our drop/mask shipping to order cheap prints for their clients. You just need your own UPS number. (There is also a $10 fee). With PrintKeg, all drop shipping is also considered mask shipping.
9. More features - With our new website, we can now easily implement new products.
10. Blog - Now you’ll be able to stay up the latest news concerning PrintKeg.
