At any time, PrintKEG clients are able to log in to the PrintKEG control panel and view the status of current and past orders.
Pending - Your order has recently been established and payment is being authorized by our billing department. Once payment has been verified, your order will move forward.
Billed - The order has been verified by the billing department and passed on to the art department.
Awaiting Art - Your order has been verified by the billing department but the art department does not have your art yet. Please email art to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as the subject as soon as you can.
Proof Sent - The art department has emailed a digital proof to your PrintKEG account email address. Be sure to email back with an approval or call our offices.
Proof Approved - We’re aware of your approval and your artwork is being prepared for production by the art department.
In Production - Artwork has been prepared and turned over to our production department. Your order is being printed or will be printed shortly.
Printed - Artwork is printed, but may be in finishing stages or being packed for shipping.
Ready To Ship - Order is packed and ready to go. UPS should have your package soon.
Shipped - Order has been shipped and an email has been sent to your PrintKEG client email address with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are also available in each customer’s PrintKEG control panel in the “past orders” section.
Billing Issues - For a variety of reasons, the order is delayed due to credit issues. The billing department has emailed your PrintKEG email address with more information. Please call or email us. This will delay your order.
Being Designed - The art department is designing your art.
Art Issues - Indicates some kind of delay due to your artwork. Normally the art department has informed you concerning the nature of the problems. Otherwise, please call us.
On Hold - Customer has requested to temporarily delay the order for a variety of reasons.
Cancel Order - Order has been canceled and a refund has been issued.
Delayed - We hate this one! The order has been delayed and an explanation has been emailed to customer.
It is very easy to print an invoice for orders placed with PrintKEG.
Simply sign in to your PrintKEG control panel and click on the blue print button next to the order you wish to print.
If you already have a PrintKEG account, please sign in and view your order history. Every current order has a status assigned to it helping you understand its progress.
Your order will most likely be in one of these statuses.
If an order is already shipped, you can view shipped orders and find tracking information.
