Brochure Print Options
Paper Sizes
8.5" X 11" - The most common choice normally with a trifold.
(File size should be 8.75 X 11.25)
11" X 17" - For larger brochures.
(File should be 11.25 X 17.25)
Printed Sides
Color Front & No Back - 1 side
Color Front & Color Back - 2 sides
Paper Types
80lb Gloss Text - The most popular choice for brochure.
70lb Matte Text - Matte is good for brochures that are not to be glossy.
Folding
Booklet (Half-Fold) - The paper is folded in half tradtionally for programs and booklets.
Brochure (Tri-fold) - Folded three times for the popular trifold brochure.
Brochure (Z-Fold) - The Z fold trifold is only slightly different.
Newsletter (Half-Fold and Stapled) - Used for newsletter purposes.
Proofing
No Proof (+$0)
If your art is the correct size and and you are totally ready, you may not require a proof.
This option is great for orders that really need to be rushed. Don't worry. we still briefly
review all files for quality purposes. If we see obvious problems, we will still send you a
proof ensuring your prints look right!
Digital Proof (+$0)
We will email you a digital proof before we print within 2-4 business hours of your order.
In many cases, this will not delay us from printing and shipping your prints on time unless
you do not approve in a timely manner. A digital proof is helpful in visually determining your
print especially in cases involving bleed and trim areas.
Check & Fix (+$15)
If you think there are some obvious margin/resize issues with your artwork and need the prints right away,
you may want us to just go ahead and fix any problems we see to speed up the process. You will still receive a digital proof.
Standard & Next Day Mail Proof (+$20 or +$50)
Sometimes its nice to see a physical proof beforehand. Before printing your order, we will send you an actual proof for you to approve which only adds one or two days until we actually print and ship the real product. Standard proofs are sent UPS Ground and Next Day proofs are sent UPS Next Day Air.
In Store Proof (+10)
For local customers who wish to swing by and see a physical proof before production.

Our brochure turnaround changes based on quantity and finishing.
25 - 50 - One day turnaround
100 - 1000 - Two day turnaround or less.
1000 and over - Add one day per thousand.
Gloss
Paper (80lb Text) - Similar to the inner pages of a magazine.
Card (80lb Cover) - Better for situations where you need the sturdiness of a heavy stock like event posters.
Uncoated
Paper (70lb Text) - Uncoated paper is great for situations where the shine of glossy papers are not desired.
Card (70lb Cover) - Great for artwork where a thicker stock is needed without the gloss finish.
Thicker Card Stocks UPGRADED!
110lb Card - We now offer three premium 110lb card stocks for our postcards, rack cards and thicker stationery. Gloss
and uncoated options available. 80lb is used for the card option for flyers and posters.
Recycled Paper
PrintKEG has added 100% recycled paper for flyers. They cost a little more,
but it is our duty to offer more environmentally friendly papers.
Gloss Photo Paper (235 g/m2) (large posters and banners)
Our Glossy Photo Paper is a 235 g/m2 photographic paper and is optimized for photographic and high resolution prints. Its microporous surface allows for maximum ink absorption resulting in vibrant colors and superior fade resistance, all provided at a very competitive price.

Methods
PrintKeg™ utilizes UPS Ground®, UPS 3rd Day Select®,UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Overnight shipping methods
to ensure you receive the prints on time. We also offer drop shipping methods for your convenience.
Drop Shipping
PrintKEG offers drop shipping or "mask" shipping allowing you to send clients or friends prints directly from us without our branding.
You must provide a UPS number when asked to utlize our drop shipping service.

We accept Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover®.
We can store your credit card for future usage. We employ top of the line security measures to ensure the safety of your credit card numbers. All credit cards are encrypted when inserted into the database and we utilize SSL to transmit your credit card information to our database.
** If you select to save your card for future use please make sure your password is secure and strong.

PrintKEG offers a few types of custom design services.
1. My Own Design ($0)
This just means you are submitting your own artwork for printing.
2. Resize My File ($15)
The art department will re-size your file and accommodate bleed areas for accurate printing.
3. Edit My File ($25)
Our artists will edit elements of your file like text, images etc.
4. Use My Word/Publisher File ($5)
We'll convert your Microsoft file into a printable PDF.
5. Create My.... (Price varies by product)
If you select this custom design option, you will be contacted by a staff member from our art department.

Adult shirt printing is full color and is printed on white heavy 5.1 to 5.6 oz 100% cotton shirts with seamless rib collar and double-needle cover-stitching. (Kids are 5.3 - 5.8 oz)
