Brochure Paper Sizes

8.5" X 11" - The most common choice normally with a trifold.
(File size should be 8.75 X 11.25)

8.5" X 14" - For larger brochures.
(File should be 8.75 X 14.25)

Printed Sides
Color Front & Color Back - 2 sides

Paper Types
Gloss Paper (80# Text) - The most popular choice.
Matte Paper (70# Text) - Great if you want less shine.
100% Recycled Paper (80# Text)- Our environmentally friendly alternative for flyers.

Folding
Booklet (Half-Fold) - The paper is folded in half tradtionally for programs and booklets.
Brochure (Tri-fold) - Folded three times for the popular trifold brochure.
Brochure (Z-Fold) - The Z fold trifold is only slightly different.

No Proof (+$0)
If your art is the correct size and and you're totally ready, you may not require a proof. This option is great for orders that really need to be rushed. Don't worry, we briefly review all files for quality purposes. If we see obvious problems, we will still send you a proof ensuring your prints look right!

1st Digital Proof (+$0)
Before printing, we'll email you a digital proof normally within 4-6 business hours. In some cases, one day is added to the estimated ship date (or turnaround). A digital proof may help you visualize bleed and trim areas. Newsletter/Booklet proofs may take 1-3 business days. Additional proofs are $3.95 each.

Standard & Next Day Mail Proof (+$20 or +$50)
Sometimes it's nice to see a physical proof before printing so we'll send a physical proof for your approval which only adds one or two days to your estimated ship date. Standard proofs are sent UPS Ground and Next Day proofs are sent UPS Next Day Air.

Turnaround

Our brochure turnaround changes based on quantity and finishing.

When attaining a price, you're also provided a ship date.
