Return Policies

PrintKEG offers a 100% guarantee on all of our printing products. Please use the following policies to determine how we handle specific circumstances.

1. Quality of prints
If you are not satisfied with your prints, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you. If you are still unsatisfied, we will refund your money. It’s that simple.

2. Damaged shipment
If your prints were damaged due to shipping, we will resend the prints to you immediately. We only ask that you email contact@printkeg.com a picture of the damaged package. This is required by UPS at the time we file a claim with them.

3. Refunds
In cases of refunds or cancellations, it may take up to 72 business hours for a credit to be issued.
