Art FAQ
What does full bleed mean?
Full bleed means the artwork will extend edge to edge of the paper. Your artwork should provide us with a 1/8″ trim area. The art “preparing files” page also provides templates for you to paste your artwork into.
Do I include crop marks?
There is no need to include crop marks on your artwork.
When do I upload my art file?
Uploading artwork takes place at the end of your order. Once your order is complete, a file upload link will be available to you on the confirmation page. Learn more.
You can always email your art to art@printkeg.com. Please input your order number as the subject and provide your full name.
My art file is large so I cannot upload or email it - any suggestions?
Services that would allow you to send us 26MB+ files would be YouSendIt.com and DropBox.com. Both services are free. We will be more than happy to download your files at no extra cost! Learn more on sending us files.
Do you print in RGB or CMYK?
For prints 13 X 19 and under, we print strictly CMYK. Learn more about CMYK, by visiting our color FAQ.
Print sizes 16 X 20 and over can be turned in as CMYK or RGB.
