Should I use my business name or my personal name?

When shipping to a business, you SHOULD list the company name in the “Full Name” field in the shipping information area of your order. UPS handles business and residential shipments so listing a personal name for delivery at a business could cause unnecessary delays.

Why can’t I ship to a P.O. Box?

Currently, UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes and we use UPS as our only source of shipping. Please provide your physical address only.

Where does PrintKEG ship?

PrintKEG currently ships to locations within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

What shipping methods does PrintKEG offer?

PrintKEG uses the below shipping methods to ensure packages arrive on time. For instance, if you choose “3 Day” on our cart page, we select the method which ensures that the delivery does not exceed 3 Days not including turnaround time.

UPS Ground

UPS Ground is the most economical and cost-effective choice, UPS Ground is the standard shipping option offered by PrintKEG. Estimated delivery times are calculated using the distance from our facility to your location.

UPS Ground is a very reliable service and your packages will almost always arrive as estimated, but please understand that projected times on our shipping policies page are not guarantees. Please see our Next Day or 2nd Day shipping options when delivery time is critical.

UPS 3rd Day Select

Ideal for shipments that require a delivery guarantee of 3 days or less.

UPS 2nd Day Air

Ideal for shipments that require a delivery guarantee but do not require overnight service, UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of your order being shipped. Please keep in mind that UPS 2nd Day Air shipments are only guaranteed to arrive by end of business day.

UPS Next Day Air

UPS Next Day Air guarantees next business day delivery.  Saturday delivery may also be requested with Next Day Air shipments with most zip codes.

How do I find my tracking number and track my shipment?

Once your job status changes to “Shipped” your UPS tracking number will be available on the “Order Details” page of the client control panel. Logging into your account, going to the “My Orders” section and clicking the corresponding Job Number will bring you to the order details.

You will also receive an email that includes your tracking and a direct link to your shipment at www.ups.com.

Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes - if you have a UPS account number. When choosing a shipping method, you will be able to select an option under “blind shipping.” Later in the order, you will provide your UPS number to us.

All drop shipments mask PrintKEG hiding us from your customer.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this moment PrintKEG only offers shipping within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Do you offer Saturday Delivery?

Saturday Delivery is offered with UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air only. An additional UPS fee is applied to Saturday Delivery shipments.

Can I ship my order to multiple locations?

Each order has its own shipping method. If you need to split the order up more than what our website allows, please call customer support. We are adding multiple shipping options down the road.

Can I upgrade my shipping method once I place my order?

Yes, please call us or post a note on your order  to request the upgrade. Additional UPS fees must be approved before the upgrade can be processed. Please also notify us soon as possible if you require a shipping upgrade as some orders do ship early and UPS shipments cannot be upgraded in transit.

Can I upgrade my shipping address once I place my order?

Yes, please contact us by email or phone. Additional UPS fees may need to be approved before the change can be processed. Please also notify us soon as possible if you require a shipping address change as some orders do ship early and rerouting UPS shipments In Transit can take multiple business days.

Will you ship my order if it finishes early?

At PrintKEG, we always do our best to complete orders in a timely fashion and will ship your order early if possible.

Will I be notified when my order ships?

You will receive an automated email as soon as your Order Status changes to “Shipped” along with a tracking number.
