What is production turnaround?
Production turnaround consists of the time your job is in printing, cutting, folding, and quality assurance and does not include proofing, design time or shipping transit times.

At PrintKEG, most orders are shipped in one day. However, each product follows its own turnaround guidelines so please read the below information. If your art is print ready before 11am, day one begins that same day. Otherwise, day one begins the next business day.
We provide an estimated ship date to keep you better informed of when you package will be sent from our facility.

Banners
Our banner turnaround changes based on quantity.
Under 10 - Two day turnaround or less.
10 and over - Add one day per 10 banners.
Booklets
Less than 10 - one day
10 or more - Please call if you order is larger than 10 books.
Brochures
Our brochure turnaround changes based on quantity and finishing.
25 - 50 - One day turnaround
100 - 1000 - Two day turnaround or less.
1000 and over - Add one day per thousand.
Business Cards
Three business days are required for all business card orders.
Flyers
Our flyer turnaround changes based on quantity and finishing.
500 and under - One day turnaround
550 - 1000 - Two day turnaround
Over 1000 - Add one more day per thousand.
Folding adds an additional day
Large Posters
Our large poster turnaround changes based on quantity.
1 - 5 - One day turnaround.
6 - 9 - Two day turnaround.
10 and over - Add one day per 10.
(Turnaround no more than 5 days. Please call for turnaround on orders over 45)
Newsletters
Our newsletter turnaround changes based on quantity.
Under 1000 sheets - Two or three day turnaround.
1000 and over - Add one day per thousand sheets.
Postcards
Our postcard turnaround changes based on quantity.
Under 1000 - Two day turnaround.
1000 and over - Add one more day per thousand.
Rack Cards
Our rackcard turnaround changes based on quantity.
Under 1000 - Two day turnaround.
1000 and over - Add one more day per thousand.
Small Posters
Our small poster turnaround changes based on quantity.
250 and under - One day turnaround
300 - 750 - Two day turnaround
1000 and over - Three days plus one more day per thousand.
Folding adds an additional day
Stationery
Our stationery turnaround changes based on quantity.
Under 100 - Two day turnaround
100 - 250 - Three day turnaround
Orders over 250 will take an additional day.
Shirts
Our shirt printing turnaround changes based on quantity.
Under 5 - Two day turnaround. If placed before 11am EST, we strive to send out same day.
5 - 15 - Three day turnaround.
16 and over - Four to five days.
Orders 100 and under will take no longer than five days. Please call for orders over 100 shirts.
Other things you should know….
Custom Design
In cases where custom design is required, your order could be delayed based on design time and approval. Custom design is now offered for each product.
Art Issues
If we have problems concerning your art, there could be delays. For instance, if your file sizes are abnormally large, it may take longer for us to set up; therefore delaying your order.
