Custom Design Services for Print Customers
Need a file fixed, a design edited, or artwork built from scratch before we print it? Printkeg's in-house design team — led by art director Jessica — handles custom design across every product we print. Most products offer design options on their own page, but this page lets print customers order design services on their own.
The two most-requested services are Just Make My Graphic Work for quick file fixes and Edit My Design for changes to existing artwork. If you need a project built from scratch, choose the full custom design option below.
Please note: Aside from logo design, we require a print order in place to start a custom design project. This page is for customers who have already placed a print order and need design help before production begins.
Just Make My Graphic Work — $9
The fastest way to get an unprintable file print-ready. Choose this option when your artwork is almost there, but a small technical issue is keeping us from printing it cleanly.
Common $9 fixes include:
- Adjusting file dimensions to match the product size
- Resolving border or trim issues
- Reworking challenging bleed areas
- Other quick fixes that keep your project moving
One goal: get your art print-ready and out the door without a back-and-forth.
Edit My Design — $29
Minor changes and updates to artwork you already have. Choose this when your file is mostly print-ready but needs small edits — new text, swapped images, updated info, or layout tweaks.
Common uses for the $29 edit:
- Updating dates on a previously printed postcard, flyer, or poster
- Swapping a phone number, email address, or web URL
- Adding or removing a logo or image
- Light text revisions or layout adjustments
If your file needs a full rebuild or you don't have artwork to start from, choose the full custom design option instead.

If you don't have artwork yet — or what you have isn't usable — Jessica and our team can build your project from zero. Posters, flyers, postcards, booklets, business cards, stickers, logos: if Printkeg prints it, we can design it. How to Submit Your Project
The form on this page lets you write a brief description of your project and upload a graphic, concept, or logo. After ordering, please email all relevant materials — photos, text, logos, and references — to art@printkeg.com with your order number as the subject line. Want to talk it through first? You're welcome to call us before or after ordering. Either way, we'll likely send a quick questionnaire to make sure we capture every detail.
Design Turnaround Time
Most custom design projects take three to four business days, though busier weeks can stretch that timeline. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front so we can plan around it. We work to keep the process fun, efficient, and rewarding.
Revisions and Proofs
Our goal is for you to love the final design. Here's how the revision process works:
- Initial design: We email one design based on your input.
- Two revisions included: Two additional rounds of changes or proofs at no extra cost.
- Additional proofs: $10 each beyond the included two.
- Complete redesigns: If you want to start over with a new direction, that's treated as a new project and incurs a new design charge.

What's the difference between "Just Make My Graphic Work" and "Edit My Design"?
"Just Make My Graphic Work" ($9) is for technical fixes — bleed, dimensions, borders — that push a near-ready file across the finish line. Do I need an existing print order to use these services?
Yes, with one exception. Aside from logo design, every custom design project must be paired with a print order. This page exists for customers who have already placed a print order and need design help before production starts.
How long does custom design take at Printkeg?
Most projects take three to four business days from kickoff to final files. Busier seasons may add a day or two, so always let us know if you're working against a deadline.
How many revisions are included?
One initial design plus two rounds of revisions or proofs are included with every custom design service. Additional proofs are $10 each, and complete redesigns are billed as new projects.
Can you update the dates on a postcard or flyer I printed before?
Yes — that's one of the most common uses of "Edit My Design" ($29). Send us the original file (or your order number, if we printed it) along with the new dates, and we'll have a proof to you in a few business days.
Can you design a logo for me?
Yes. Logo design is the one custom design service that doesn't require a print order in place. Order the appropriate option on this page and email your concept or references to art@printkeg.com.

About the Extra Services options

Digital Proof
A Printkeg artist will prepare your artwork for printing and send you a visual in PDF format via email. This usually takes place within a few business hours. The image we will email you showcases trim location and CMYK colors in a limited fashion.

Make Graphic Work
This $9 option informs our staff to move forward with quick fixes and tackle any possible obstacles. Benefits may include reviewing file dimensions, tackling border issues, and reworking challenging "bleed" areas. There is one goal in mind: to ensure perfect Art Prints.

Edit My Design
This option is inexpensive for hiring us to modify your image file. Our designers edit or place elements into your file, like text, images, etc. The most common use of this service is changing event dates, removing signatures, and swapping photos.

Create My Art
We hire a trusted graphic designer with whom we've worked closely to help you create a new design from scratch. Most communication is via email. Most designs are finished in only a few business days.

Rush Turnaround
Rush Turnaround speeds up your order time by one day. That could mean same-day printing. You need your prints urgently, so we will try to make it happen. We sometimes expedite the shipping if we cannot honor same-day printing.

Free Art Inspections
A human artist reviews every single file before printing starts. If we notice any problems, a Printkeg representative will contact you via email with options how to move forward.
