What does adding a Variant mean?

Variants are a way to add ONE limited edition version to your run of prints. For instance, if you order 25 11x17 posters on "Gloss Card" and select a "Gold" variant, you will receive ONE additional print on the Gold paper. You would receive 26 total prints in this scenario.
