Sending Us Art
On each product page, there is an "upload art" button available. Please allow a little time when selecting "add to cart" especially if the art file is large. Whether for personal preference or technical difficulty with the website, customers can email art rather than uploading it during the order process.
An order can still be placed without art being uploaded.
Files under 25MB - Use our upload system while ordering or email files to art@printkeg.com with the order number as the subject.
Up to 100MB - Download Dropbox at Dropbox.com. Set up a free account then share your folders with art@printkeg.com. Please use your order number or name as the folder name. Dropbox will send an email informing us that the folder is shared. We are more than happy to download files at no extra cost.
Understanding Turnaround
Turnaround consists of the time it takes production to print and ship an order and does not include proofing and design periods. Each product has different turnaround times. Orders consisting of multiple products will ship together at the latest turnaround time.
Day one of turnaround begins the next business day after order is received.
Rush turnaround subtracts one day from turnaround. If you have a deadline, please contact us so we can help you decide whether rush turnaround is required.
Preparing Files
A few key items concerning proper file preparation are as follows.
1. Work with art that is at least 300 DPI.
2. Leave important items and images a half inch away from the edges.
3. Work in CMYK color mode.
4. Files should be flattened or outlined.

Templates
Each product page includes a downloadable PDF template representing trim and bleed areas. Paste your art into the template to visualize how cutting affects final print. We also provide a full listing of downloadable templates.
Our Papers
Text papers are thinner and intended for brochures, flyers, letterhead, cheap posters etc. The term “text” is an indication of a lighter weight paper (compared to “cover”) and does not suggest that only text can be printed on it.
Gloss Paper (80# Text) - This is our most popular paper and is ideal for flyers and brochures. Similar to the inner pages of a magazine.
Matte Paper (70# Text) - Uncoated paper is excellent when the shine of gloss paper is undesired. This stock is also better for hand writing or autographs and is far superior to common copy paper. Uncoated papers feel almost as thick as our 80lb gloss papers
Cover papers are thicker like the cover of a magazine tailored for booklets, posters and thicker flyers.
Gloss Card (80# Cover) - This high quality, thick paper stock is excellent for shiny posters and thick flyers. Think the cover of a magazine for thickness comparison.
Matte Card (70# Cover) - Has the same feel of the 80# cover gloss, but without shine. Fantastic for print framing and perfect for the artists’ signature. Our 70# matte cover feels just as thick as our 80# gloss papers.
110# and 100# card stocks are better for postcards and rack cards where thickness and sturdiness is essential. We've upgraded business cards to 130# cover (16pt).
Gloss Card (110# Cover) - More sturdy than the 80lb cover and great for cards of all sizes. This is our cheapest alternative for printing postcards and rack cards.
Matte Card (100# Cover) - High quality card stock without the gloss shine. Our favorite for a more sophisticated look for stationery.
16pt Gloss Card & Matte - Currently only available for business cards and invitations.
Large Poster & Banner Media
Gloss Photo Paper - Offered for large posters only (16 X20 and up), our Satin Glossy Photo Paper is a 235 g/m2 photographic paper and is optimized for photographic and high resolution prints. Its microporous surface allows for maximum ink absorption resulting in vibrant colors, fast dry time and superior fade resistance, all provided at a very competitive price. This premium HP media ensures perfect color, superior finish, and a 200 year archival rating.
Matte Photo Paper - We offer a FSC Certified, unique 180 g/m2 Matte Photo Paper that is heavy, thick, ripple-free, durable with an elegant smooth finish and delivers full color graphics and photo-realistic images with uniform ink coverage.
Banner Vinyl - This scrim vinyl banner material is ultra thick and great for outdoor and indoor use. Its heavy weight of 480gsm makes it an ideal material for banner or signage printing that is to be used in open air environments or locations that require greater durability.
Art Canvas - Our Graphic Matte Canvas is a premium cotton/polyester (65/35) blend canvas. It’s stretchable, water-resistant, bright white matte surface is perfect for fine art and photo reproduction. It offers a high resolution coating that is pliable enough to withstand stretching without sagging, and displays a subtle texture for a true artistic look and feel.
