Return / Refund Policies

As part of our Printkeg Promise, we offer a 100% guarantee on most of our printing products as long as you added a digital proof for each art file to your order. Large projects and booklet orders may be excluded since our internal review process is more critical before production begins. Please use the following policies to determine how we handle specific circumstances.

1. Quality of prints

If you are unsatisfied with your prints, we will ask that you send photos to contact@printkeg.com for us to review. Your photos help us troubleshoot defects and are vital for us to provide improved replacements. In the most cases, we will reprint the order at no cost to you. 

There is only one requirement for reprint and refunds based on color accuracy: you must order a digital proof for each print to your order. Large projects and booklet orders may be excluded since our internal review process is more critical before production begins.

2. Damaged shipment

If the shipping carrier damages your prints, we will resend the prints to you immediately. We only ask that you email contact@printkeg.com a picture of the damaged package. UPS and USPS require this when we file a claim with them.

We also ask that you inform us of damages within ten business days of receiving your prints. Please inspect your packages as soon as you can.

3. Delayed / Late orders

Sometimes, we run into unforeseen delays that may be inconvenient for you. We try to help customers work with deadlines. Still, we do not issue refunds for items received or shipped past the estimated ship dates or your project deadlines. 

If your project requires a deadline, please be sure to provide dates and related information in the instructions area of your order. If we delay your order, we try to send an email notification giving the option to cancel before printing/shipping occurs.

4. Cancellations

Customers who cancel before production takes place will be issued a full refund. If your order is located in the "Printed" or "In Production" status, a refund or cancellation is unavailable. 

Refunds

In cases of refunds or cancellations, it may take up to 10 business days for a credit to be issued. For billing-related questions, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Returns

We do not accept returns since all merchandise and prints are customized.
