Choose Page Count & Paper

Playbills are typically 5.75″ × 8.75″ (half-size) booklets. Most customers choose:

  • 8 pages — Standard for small casts or short programs
  • 12–16 pages — Great balance for cast, crew, and sponsor pages
  • 20+ pages — Ideal for large programs or extended content

Paper Options:

  • Glossy: Rich, vibrant colors and smooth finish.
  • Matte: Easier to write on and feels more tactile.
  • Upgraded Covers: Add cardstock covers for a more premium feel.

Common Mistakes & Printing Tips

  • Not allowing enough bleed area — always include at least 0.25″ bleed on all pages.
  • Low-resolution images — use files at 300 DPI or higher.
  • Plan content order before ordering — saves time and rework.
  • Include sponsor ads or community info — often pays for itself.

  • Matte Paper
