How fast does Printkeg ship orders?
Most orders print and ship within 24 to 72 hours depending on the product. Rush turnaround is available on most items for an additional $25, with orders leaving our facility the same or next business day.
Is there a minimum order?
You can order a single art print, a handful of postcards, or a full run — pricing scales with quantity and volume discounts kick in automatically.
Does Printkeg offer blind shipping?
Yes, and it's free. Every order ships without Printkeg branding, logos, receipts, or marketing inserts by default. Your customer never sees us end-to-end.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, TIFF, PNG, and JPG. For best results, submit files at 300 DPI at the final print size, in CMYK color mode, with a 0.125 inch bleed on each edge. Large files can be sent via WeTransfer or Dropbox to art@printkeg.com.
