Refund policy
As part of our Printkeg Promise, we offer a 100% guarantee on all of our printing products. Please use the following policies to determine how we handle specific circumstances.
1. Quality of prints
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your prints, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost to you. For color issues, we only guarantee the prints if you purchased a digital proof and provide images that showcase extreme color shifts. Aside from color issues, we will generally refund your money if you are unsatisfied. It’s that simple. We only ask that you send a picture of the faulty prints to contact@printkeg.com. This helps us learn from our mistakes and adopt new processes if necessary.
2. Damaged shipment
If your prints are damaged due to shipping, we will resend replacement prints to you immediately. We only ask that you email contact@printkeg.com a picture of the damaged package. UPS requires this at the time we file a claim with them.
We also ask that you inform us of damages within five business days of receiving your prints.
3. Delayed / Late orders
Sometimes, we run into unforeseen delays that may be inconvenient for you. We try to help customers work with deadlines but do not issue refunds for items received or shipped past the estimated ship dates. If your order is delayed, you will be notified by email and can cancel before printing/shipping occurs.
4. Cancellations
Customers who cancel before production takes place will be issued a full refund. Design, proof, and other services that were provided may be excluded.
Refunds
In cases of refunds or cancellations, it may take up to 10 business days for a credit to be issued. For billing-related questions, please feel free to call us.
