If you are not happy with the quality of your prints, we'll reprint them or refund your money. This guarantee is available only for orders that include digital proofs. Please order a digital proof if you are concerned with colors, bleed, borders, or size. Damaged or lost shipments are covered regardless of whether you order a proof. For larger projects ($250 and up) and booklet products, our customer service will closely scrutinize your order. We recommend making a small test order before committing to a substantial charge, especially for booklets, newsletters, and magazines.

Color Accuracy Guidelines

Color issues may be excluded

We can typically offer a reprint if you ordered a PDF proof and are unhappy with the colors. Photos from you may be needed to help troubleshoot the issue. Alternatively, you can request a refund.

However, if the colors of the prints match the files provided, we will not offer a reprint or refund. If you sent us a photo of physical artwork, we cannot guarantee exact color matching to the original art. We aim to achieve color closeness to the image files received.
