If you are not happy with the quality of your prints, we'll reprint them, or we'll give you your money back. This guarantee is only available for orders that include digital proofs. Please order a digital proof if you are concerned with colors, bleed, borders, or size. Damaged and lost shipments are covered whether you order a proof or not. Our customer service will closely scrutinize larger projects ($250 and up) and booklet products. We strongly recommend making a small order of your artwork before committing to a substantial charge. For instance, we recommend physical proofs for booklets, newsletters, and magazines.

Color issues may be excluded

We can typically offer a reprint if you ordered a PDF proof and are unhappy with the colors. We will need photos from you to help us troubleshoot the issue. You can also ask for a refund instead.

However, if the colors of the prints match the files provided to us, we will not offer a reprint or refund. If you originally sent us a photo of your physical artwork, we could not guarantee color accuracy compared to the physical art. We can only achieve color closeness to the image files we received from you.

Shipping is quick

Most turnaround times are 1 to 3 days.

Most orders are printed and shipped within 24-72 hours. Each product hosts different turnaround times. This kind of turnaround is hard to come by on other printing websites and can cost double the price. For larger quantities, we offer rush turnaround options and quicker shipping methods since turnaround might be longer by default. Turnaround time does not include shipping transit time.
