How many pages can my coloring book have?

Saddle-stitched coloring books work best between 8 and 48 interior pages. Page counts must be in multiples of 4 because pages are printed on folded sheets. If your file isn't a multiple of 4, we'll reach out before printing to confirm how you'd like to handle it.

Can I order just one copy?

Yes. We have no minimum order quantity — print a single proof copy to check your work, or scale up to hundreds for a launch or fundraiser. Quantity discounts kick in at 25, 50, and 100 copies.

Will markers bleed through the pages?

Our matte interior paper handles pencils, crayons, and most water-based markers well. Heavy alcohol-based markers (like Copics or Sharpies) may show through to the back of the page — this is true of nearly all standard coloring book paper. If your audience uses alcohol markers heavily, we recommend designing single-sided pages with a blank back.

How long does printing take?

Most coloring book orders ship within 1–3 business days after your file is approved. Shipping time is separate and depends on the method you choose at checkout.

What file format should I upload?

Upload a single PDF at 300 DPI with 0.125" bleed on all sides. Pages should be in reading order as individual pages — not spreads. Black-and-white line art should be set to grayscale or true black (K=100) rather than rich black for the cleanest print.

Do you offer a physical proof before the full run?

Yes — we strongly recommend it for any order over 25 copies. You can order a single video or physical proof to see paper weight, color accuracy, and binding quality before committing to a larger print run.

Do you print full-color interiors?

Yes. While most coloring books use black-and-white line art interiors, we can also print full-color interiors if your project calls for it — useful for activity books that mix coloring pages with illustrated content, puzzles, or instructional pages.
