All custom booklets, playbills, and newsletters are considered "full bleed" (borderless). Please allow enough time for proofing and setup. If you have a tight deadline, contact us directly, or leave the deadline date in the "instructions/deadline" area on the order form above.

Turnaround Times Are So Fast

The typical turnaround time is 2–3 business days, which begins once the artwork is approved.

Turnaround for half-size booklet and playbill orders can vary due to setup, proof, and approval times. Customers with strict deadlines should communicate with a Printkeg representative to stay on schedule. Please provide your deadline in the messages field above when possible.

Proof Options

We highly recommend ordering a physical or video proof to ensure five-star results, especially for large orders. Holding a tangible sample or reviewing it via video helps eliminate concerns before production.

A PDF proof is an alternative way to review your art before production. Our Art Department will email a PDF for your approval.

If your artwork is 100% ready, proofing may not be necessary. However, our designers always check files for quality, resolution, and bleed. Skipping proofing carries additional risk.

Shipping Half-Size Booklets

Half-size booklets are shrink-wrapped in stacks depending on order quantity and box size. Thick bubble wrap surrounds stacks for superior protection. Invoices are not included inside packages, but can be printed from the Printkeg control panel.

Sending Us Your Art

Please upload half-size booklet and playbill art on this page unless you are sending multiple or very large files. Multiple or large files can also be emailed to art@printkeg.com or delivered via third-party storage apps such as Dropbox or Box.net.

Art Setup

Many clients turn art in as a multipage PDF document with a 0.25" bleed area. Each page should be formatted to fit 5.75" × 8.75". The key to well-printed booklets and playbills is providing enough bleed area—leave sufficient space between edges and key text/images.

We prefer booklets to be submitted as a single multipage file with a 0.25" bleed. Some customers find it easier to submit booklet and playbill pages individually and numbered. If this is your preference, please name the cover page "1.jpg" or "1.pdf."

For the best printing results, all images and artwork should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures that colors are crisp, details remain sharp, and your finished booklets or playbills look professional without pixelation.
