Holiday Printing FAQ

When should I order holiday printing to get it in time?

Order as early as you can — Q4 is our busiest season and shipping carriers slow down near the holidays. For cards, mailers, and anything date-sensitive, we recommend placing your order at least two to three weeks before you need it in hand. Banners, posters, and signage for a specific event should be ordered as soon as your art is ready so production and transit both have breathing room.

Do you have order minimums on holiday products?

No. We specialize in short runs, so you can order exactly the quantity you need — whether that's a few dozen holiday cards for your client list or a single banner for your storefront. You're never forced into a large minimum just to get good per-piece pricing.

Where are your holiday products printed?

Everything is printed and produced in the United States on quality stocks. Domestic production keeps turnaround fast and gives us tight control over color and finish — which matters when you're printing holiday cards, gift prints, or branded seasonal signage.

Can I send my own holiday design, or do you provide templates?

You upload your own print-ready artwork, which gives artists, photographers, and businesses full control over the final look. We provide size and bleed specifications for every product so your files come out exactly as intended. If you're new to print setup, our online tools for sizing, bleed, and color mode can help you prep files correctly.

What file format and color mode should I use?

Submit print-ready PDFs whenever possible, set up in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI with bleed included. CMYK ensures the colors you see match what prints, since RGB files can shift on press. High-resolution images keep holiday photos and artwork looking crisp on cards, prints, and large-format pieces.

Do you offer blind shipping for resellers and artists?

Yes. We can ship orders without Printkeg branding so artists, photographers, and resellers can send products directly to their own customers or fulfill holiday orders under their own brand. This is popular for Etsy sellers and small shops handling a Q4 rush.

Which holiday products make the best gifts?

Fine art prints, gallery-wrapped canvas, and calendars are our most popular giftable products for the season. Photographers and artists turn their best images into prints and calendars their audience buys as gifts, while businesses use canvas and calendars as memorable year-end client send-offs.

Can you handle both small storefront signage and large event banners?

Yes. We print everything from small countertop signage and posters to large indoor and outdoor vinyl banners for holiday markets, storefront sales, and seasonal events. Indoor and outdoor stocks are available depending on where your display will live and how long it needs to last.
