Yes! We offer several folded card options. You can find 3.5x5.5 folded cards here . For writing purposes, we recommend selecting the matte card stock.

Do 3.5" x 5" note cards come with envelopes?

Yes, our note cards include envelope options. Choose from White, Natural, or Kraft envelopes, or select “no envelopes” if you prefer.

Do you sell blank note cards?

Yes! We can provide blank cards at no extra cost. Simply indicate in the instructions area that you would like your cards left blank.

What card weight is used for your note cards?

All 3.5x5 note cards are printed on 100# smooth matte card stock. This is thicker than our standard postcards and provides a high-quality, durable writing surface.

Art Guidelines for Custom 3.5x5 Note Cards

If the following guidelines seem confusing at first, don’t let that stop you from ordering custom 3.5x5 note cards. Our trained specialists carefully inspect all artwork before production. If any issues cannot be resolved automatically, a member of our graphics team will contact you directly to ensure the best results.

Set Correct Dimensions: Prepare your art files at 3.75" x 5.25". Cards can be portrait or landscape. Keep critical elements at least 0.25" from all edges to avoid trimming.

Use High Resolution: Design in a 300dpi workspace. Many apps default to 72dpi (Adobe) or 132dpi (Procreate). Using 300dpi or higher ensures crisp, high-quality printing.

Preferred File Formats: PDF or JPG are ideal. Other acceptable formats include PNG, EPS, PSD, AI, and TIF. Avoid DOC, PPT, or PUB files for printing.

Color Mode: All files are converted to CMYK for printing. RGB designs may appear muted or shift colors after conversion. First-time commercial printers should consider requesting a PDF proof.

Remove Trim Marks: Our printers use custom cut lines. Any trim marks included in your artwork should be removed to prevent printing errors.
