Include a bleed area in your artwork to ensure edge-to-edge printing. Keep all text at least 0.25" away from the edges.

4.25 x 5.5 Flat Card = 4.5" x 5.75"

Quick Art Specs for Print

Add at least 0.25" bleed to your order size for edge-to-edge printing.
High-resolution images should be 300–600 dpi.
Use CMYK color mode for accurate printing instead of RGB.
Outline all fonts to avoid substitution errors.
Provide a separate vector PDF for white ink placement, as white ink cannot be added without it.

Setting Up Art for Kraft Cards with White Ink

White ink acts as a base to create vibrant, crisp colors on Kraft stock. Areas without white ink will appear darker due to the brown card color.

White Mask files should be separate from artwork files, with black indicating where white ink should be applied. The mask must match the artwork size and be in vector format (EPS or PDF).

Use vector paths/shapes for black areas that indicate the white ink base; the remaining areas will show the brown Kraft stock.

Tips for White Mask Creation

White ink base prints behind any color on your artwork layer.
Areas without a White Mask allow the Kraft material to show through.
Colors printed on top of the white base appear opaque.
Sites with a White Mask and no color above them will appear as white.
