Art Tips For Printing Custom Appointment Cards

- First, the appointment card file should be sized 3.75" x 2.25" rather than 3.5" x 2" to give us a small area for trimming. We need this area to provide edge-to-edge prints. Keep precious items, like logos and text, about a quarter-inch away from all edges.
- Before designing your appointment card, check those quality settings. It is unquestionably critical that you are working in a 300dpi or 600dpi environment. Unfortunately, many graphics programs default to lower quality settings more suitable for digital viewing and not print.
- We like PDF or JPG, but we accept other file types like PNG, EPS, and TIF. We will not work with Microsoft extensions DOC, PPT, or PUB. Thankfully, those associated programs do offer ways to export your artwork as PDF files.
- >We will convert your appointment card design into the CMYK color mode. People working in RGB color mode may notice softened colors and mutable color shifts. If you have never partnered with a commercial printer before now, please consider ordering a PDF proof.
